Job Description

You'll own our paid social campaigns end to end — strategy, setup, creative briefing, optimization, and reporting. This is not a coordinator role; we need someone who builds and manages campaigns directly inside the ad platforms.

  1. Build and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns from the ground up, including audience structure, creative testing, and budget allocation
  2. Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages and document what works
  3. Brief creative teams on ad concepts based on performance data, not intuition
  4. Monitor daily spend, ROAS, and CPAs — adjust campaigns before problems compound
  5. Deliver weekly performance reports with clear interpretation and next steps

Experience with Meta ads is required - at least 3 years. Google Ads experience is a plus. You should be comfortable working from data and making decisions quickly. Base pay is supplemented by performance bonuses tied to campaign results.
