You'll own our paid social campaigns end to end — strategy, setup, creative briefing, optimization, and reporting. This is not a coordinator role; we need someone who builds and manages campaigns directly inside the ad platforms.
- Build and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns from the ground up, including audience structure, creative testing, and budget allocation
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages and document what works
- Brief creative teams on ad concepts based on performance data, not intuition
- Monitor daily spend, ROAS, and CPAs — adjust campaigns before problems compound
- Deliver weekly performance reports with clear interpretation and next steps
Experience with Facebook Business Manager is required. Google Ads experience is a plus. You should be comfortable working from data and making decisions quickly. Base pay is supplemented by performance bonuses tied to campaign results.
