Job Description
We have a strong brand, a loyal following, and a paid social program that hasn't kept up. The spend is inconsistent, the creative isn't converting the way it should, and there's no real testing structure in place. That's what this role is here to fix.
You'll run paid social across Meta and TikTok for both our salon locations and e-commerce line — owning strategy, creative direction, and day-to-day execution. If you've only ever worked in one vertical or managed small budgets, this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone with real beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience who knows what works for this kind of audience.
The work:
- Build and manage campaigns across Meta and TikTok from the ground up — audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, lookalikes
- Brief the creative team on what to make — static, video, UGC — based on what the data tells you, not gut feel
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages
- Keep ROAS and CAC moving in the right direction and report on it weekly with actual insight, not just numbers
Meta Ads Manager needs to be second nature. TikTok Ads experience is a real plus. You need a creative eye — able to spot what's going to perform before the results come in.
Performance bonuses tied to ROAS and revenue targets.
