Job Description

We run paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok and need a Designer to produce ad creatives consistently — static images, short video ads, and carousel formats.

Weekly deliverables:

  • Static ad creatives in multiple sizes for Meta placements
  • Short-form video ads for TikTok and Reels — hook-focused, fast cuts
  • Carousel formats for product and offer-based campaigns
  • Copy variations to test alongside creatives — headlines and primary text

You need to understand what makes an ad perform, not just what looks good. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro. Familiarity with direct response creative principles required — you should be able to work from a brief without extensive direction. Conversational English is fine.
