Job Description

We are growing our media division and seeking skilled, performance-focused professionals who excel in a fast-moving environment. This role offers the chance to collaborate directly with an internal U.S.-based marketing team while supporting digital campaigns for leading global automotive brands.

As a Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and improving paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and others. You’ll gain hands-on experience with large-scale accounts, advanced optimization techniques, and work alongside a highly experienced team.

We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in paid media who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Generate and analyze daily performance reports
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Assist with A/B testing and creative performance improvements
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams based in the U.S.
  • Follow established processes and maintain high-quality campaign execution

Requirements

  • At least three years of hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimizations
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for reporting and tracking
  • Understanding of tracking tools and methods (UTMs, pixels, analytics platforms, etc.)
  • Stable internet connection and a professional work environment
  • Availability to work standard U.S. Pacific Time business hours (Monday–Friday)
