Paid Ads Management Assistant

I am a solopreneur running high-spend campaigns across Meta and Google, and I need a sharp assistant to help me scale. Your role is to handle the heavy lifting of campaign set-up and daily monitoring so I can focus on high-level strategy. You will be responsible for uploading new ad creatives, writing basic headlines based on my proven angles, and ensuring that all tracking pixels and UTM parameters are firing correctly.

You will spend your mornings checking account health—flagging any ads that have been rejected or campaigns that have spiked in CPL (Cost Per Lead). You’ll also pull weekly performance reports into a master spreadsheet so we can see exactly where the budget is being used effectively. If you understand the difference between ROAS and CPA and you are comfortable navigating the complexity of Ads Manager, this is for you.
