Job Description

We are a digital marketing agency that manages paid advertising for a variety of e-commerce and B2B clients. We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads Account Manager to own client relationships and drive their results on Meta and Google Ads.

You'll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients. This means you'll not only build, optimize, and report on their campaigns, but you'll also be the one explaining performance, strategizing next steps on calls, and ensuring they feel confident in our work. Your goal is to grow their accounts and keep them happy.

We need someone with deep hands-on experience, not just theory. You should have at least 3 years of directly managing budgets and achieving goals across both Meta and Google Ads platforms. You need to be analytical enough to dive into the data but also a clear communicator who can translate complex results into simple insights for clients. A neutral, professional accent is important for client calls.
