Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue and book appointments for a premier home inspection company in the US. This is a dedicated inside sales role focused entirely on proactive outbound dialing—turning warm leads, partner networks, and real estate connections into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Sales: Cold and warm calling to real estate agents, home buyers, and property investors to introduce our services and secure inspection bookings.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively follow up with leads from online inquiries, open house lists, and past client databases to keep the inspection calendar full.
  • Overcome Objections: Confidently articulate the value of a high-quality home inspection, handle price objections, and convert hesitation into scheduled appointments.
  • CRM & Calendar Coordination: Log all call dispositions accurately in the CRM and efficiently schedule inspections based on team availability and regional logistics.

1. Essential Skills

  • Flawless Verbal English: Exceptional spoken English with an engaging, high-energy, and professional phone presence suited for the US market.
  • Resilient Outbound Sales Ability: Proven capacity to handle high call volumes, navigate gatekeepers, active-listen, and close deals without relying on a script.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly disciplined and motivated by hitting daily/weekly booking targets in a pure outbound environment.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern CRM software, power dialers or VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Aircall), and scheduling tools.

2. Experience Requirements

  • Outbound Inside Sales: Minimum of 2+ years of experience strictly in outbound phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing targeting US clients.
  • Real Estate or Home Services Industry: Prior experience pitching to real estate agents or selling services like HVAC, plumbing, or roofing is a massive advantage.
  • Remote Work Success: Documented history of maintaining high production and call metrics while working independently in a remote setup.

Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

To manage this setup, you will need to configure and maintain the following infrastructure:

  • Hardware: A reliable computer (minimum i5 processor or equivalent, 8GB+ RAM) and a high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Internet Connection: A high-speed, hardwired fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload) with a documented backup power/internet solution for power outages.
  • Software Configuration: Willingness to configure and utilize our designated power dialer/VoIP platform, CRM software, and real-time communication tools (e.g., Slack).
