Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help introduce an innovative AI-powered SaaS solution to companies in the security systems industry.
About the Role
As an Outbound SDR, you'll proactively reach out to businesses that offer security system maintenance, service, and protection plans. Your primary goal is to identify qualified decision-makers, communicate our value proposition, and schedule high-quality product demonstrations for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based sales, is resilient in handling rejection, and is passionate about creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to B2B prospects.

Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers, including:
- Operations Managers
- Service Directors
- Business Owners
- Clearly communicate the value of our AI-powered SaaS platform.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations with the sales team.
- Accurately update all activities, notes, and appointments in HubSpot.
- Maintain organized records and follow-up schedules.
- Consistently meet and exceed booking targets.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience selling to the security systems or field service industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
Communication Skills
- Native-level English fluency.
- Clear, professional, and neutral accent suitable for calling businesses in the US, Canada, or UK.
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Technical Skills
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
