Job Description

We're a seven-figure e-commerce brand processing hundreds of orders a day. At this volume, operations and customer experience don't get to be an afterthought — and that's where you come in.

You'll split your time between keeping order operations clean and handling customer inquiries across email and live chat. That means processing orders, resolving issues before they escalate, coordinating with fulfillment when things go wrong, and making sure every customer interaction is handled quickly and professionally.

We need someone who has worked in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, is comfortable inside Gorgias, and doesn't need to be told twice. High volume doesn't stress you out — it's just Tuesday.

If you've handled the chaos of a high-volume ecom operation and kept your cool doing it, this role is for you.
