Job Description
We are a growing outbound lead generation company that helps B2B clients generate opportunities through email and social outreach. We're a lean team that moves quickly, values accountability, and focuses on delivering results for clients.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day delivery, keep client campaigns running smoothly, and ensure internal processes are executed consistently. This is not an administrative support role. We're looking for someone who can own outcomes, manage priorities, and help the business operate efficiently without constant oversight.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of client campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll coordinate internal team members, monitor campaign performance, support client onboarding, and help maintain the systems and processes that keep the business running effectively.
A key part of the role involves managing workflow across multiple client accounts, identifying issues before they become problems, and ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience. You'll also oversee onboarding processes, track operational performance, and provide concise updates to leadership on what matters most.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in operations, service delivery, project management, or client success within a lead generation, outbound marketing, or agency environment. You should understand the fundamentals of outbound campaigns, email deliverability, prospecting workflows, and campaign management well enough to identify problems, maintain standards, and guide team members effectively.
We're also looking for someone who has experience managing remote teams, creating and improving processes, documenting workflows, and holding people accountable to clear expectations. Strong written English communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
More than anything, we value reliability and ownership. We want someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, follows through on commitments, and proactively solves problems without needing constant direction.
This is a full-time remote opportunity with long-term growth potential. A paid trial period may be included as part of the hiring process to ensure mutual fit before moving into a permanent role.
When applying, please provide a brief summary of an operational function or process you have managed from start to finish, including the challenges involved and the results achieved. We're interested in practical experience, measurable outcomes, and your approach to solving operational problems.
