Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operational activities of a growing ecommerce business.

This is a hands-on position that sits at the center of inventory management, supplier coordination, order operations, and fulfillment. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are available when needed, shipments move smoothly, and internal systems remain accurate and efficient.

A successful candidate enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and creating structure behind the scenes. You'll regularly balance inventory levels, supplier communication, warehouse coordination, and ecommerce administration while helping improve processes as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing daily order operations and resolving fulfillment-related issues
  • Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential stock shortages
  • Reviewing sales trends and inventory data to support purchasing decisions
  • Assisting with stock planning and replenishment activities
  • Coordinating incoming inventory shipments with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Working closely with warehouse teams to schedule and manage stock arrivals
  • Maintaining product information and updates within ecommerce platforms
  • Reviewing operational invoices and supporting payment processing
  • Assisting with product launch preparation and inventory readiness
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency

About You

You are someone who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. You pay attention to details, think ahead, and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory reports, and operational systems.

Experience in ecommerce operations, inventory management, supply chain coordination, fulfillment, purchasing, or a related field would be highly valuable. Strong communication skills are also important, as you'll regularly interact with suppliers, logistics providers, and operational partners.

Rather than waiting for problems to arise, you're proactive in identifying risks, finding solutions, and improving processes. You take ownership of your work and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
