Job Description
We're a cosmetics brand selling on Amazon and Shopify through dropshipping, and we need someone who can keep both channels running without constant supervision. You'll handle order coordination, supplier communication, customer issues, inventory updates, and make sure products get to customers without drama.
Amazon Operations
Keep our Amazon listings accurate and optimized. Update product information, prices, inventory counts, and images when needed. Monitor daily orders and watch for issues like incorrect addresses or potential fraud flags. Coordinate with our dropshipping suppliers to fulfill orders on time and upload tracking numbers to Seller Central. Handle customer messages, returns, refunds, and negative reviews professionally. Track our account health metrics and fix any policy violations or listing suppressions immediately. Pull weekly sales reports and flag anything unusual.
Shopify Store Management
Manage product listings on our Shopify store including descriptions, variants, pricing, and inventory sync. Process orders as they come in and send them to suppliers with correct customer details. Update order tracking and notify customers when items ship. Handle customer inquiries through email and live chat about orders, products, and shipping. Process returns and coordinate refunds with suppliers when needed. Keep the store updated with new product launches, sold-out items, and promotional changes.
Supplier Coordination
Communicate with dropshipping suppliers daily to place orders, track shipments, and resolve fulfillment issues. Monitor supplier inventory levels and update our listings when products are out of stock. Handle quality complaints or shipping delays by working with suppliers to find solutions. Build reliable relationships with suppliers so orders get priority treatment.
Customer Service for Both Channels
Respond to customer questions about cosmetic products, ingredients, usage, and shipping times. Handle complaints about delayed shipments, damaged items, or product quality issues. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to our policies. Turn negative experiences into positive ones and protect our brand reputation.
What You Bring: 1-2 years working in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, or online retail. Experience with both Amazon Seller Central and Shopify is required. Understanding of dropshipping workflows and supplier coordination. Strong organizational skills to manage orders across multiple platforms simultaneously. Good written English for customer communication and product listings. Detail-oriented and able to catch errors before they reach customers. Problem-solver who can handle supplier issues, shipping delays, and customer complaints independently. Bonus if you have cosmetics or beauty industry experience.
