Job Description

We’re looking for someone to handle how the brand shows up in public—reviews, comments, and conversations across platforms. This isn’t just replying “thank you” to 5-star reviews. It’s managing tone, handling negative feedback properly, and knowing how to engage without sounding scripted.

You’ll be working across review platforms and social channels, making sure responses feel natural and consistent with the brand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms
  • Handle negative feedback carefully and flag issues internally when needed
  • Keep responses aligned with brand tone (not generic or templated replies)
  • Monitor and engage in conversations on Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Join discussions where relevant and represent the brand in a natural way
  • Answer questions, clarify services, and guide conversations without being pushy
  • Spot patterns in feedback and surface recurring issues

Requirements:

  • Experience managing reviews or community engagement for a brand
  • Strong written communication—able to sound human, not corporate
  • Comfortable handling public complaints and sensitive feedback
  • Active familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Facebook, TikTok (how people actually talk there)
  • Ability to adapt tone depending on platform and situation
  • Awareness of when to engage, when to ignore, and when to escalate

Important:
You should understand how online conversations work—especially on Reddit and similar platforms where obvious “brand replies” get ignored or downvoted. The goal is to participate in a way that feels real, not forced.
