No-Code Developer

If you've shipped real products in Bubble or Webflow — not demo projects, but tools that actual users depend on — and you understand the difference between what no-code handles well and where it starts to break down, this role is worth reading.

We're a growing operations team that runs significant internal processes on no-code tools. What's been built works, but it was built by different people at different times and the architecture is starting to show its age. We need a developer who can audit what exists, fix what's fragile, and build new tools properly.

1. Auditing existing Bubble and Webflow applications — identifying performance issues, broken workflows, and structural problems that will compound as usage grows
2. Building new internal tools and client-facing applications in Bubble — database design, workflows, API integrations, and responsive UI
3. Building and maintaining marketing and product pages in Webflow — CMS-driven, fast, and editable by non-developers
4. Connecting tools using Make or Zapier — automating data flows between Bubble, Airtable, and third-party services
5. Documenting everything built so the ops team can make minor changes without needing a developer for every edit

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional no-code development — Bubble and Webflow specifically
• Portfolio of live applications required — not mockups or personal projects
• Solid understanding of database design and API integrations within the Bubble environment
• Experience with Make or Zapier for workflow automation between tools
