Job Description

We are looking for a Native Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven B2B cold-calling experience to help generate qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience selling software or SaaS solutions and is confident engaging with business decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Native Italian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B cold-calling experience.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
  • Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
