We are looking for a Native Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven B2B cold-calling experience to help generate qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience selling software or SaaS solutions and is confident engaging with business decision-makers.
Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Native Italian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B cold-calling experience.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
- Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
