Multi-Channel Listing Specialist

We're looking for an experienced listing specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces. This role is focused entirely on product content, ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for visibility and conversions.

Applicants must be able to provide references from previous U.S.-based brands they've worked with.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Walmart, Target, eBay, and Wayfair
• Write and improve product titles, descriptions, bullets, metadata, and attributes
• Ensure listings meet each marketplace's content and compliance requirements
• Manage variants, categories, images, and product data
• Audit existing listings to identify optimization opportunities
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed products, and content issues
• Maintain a centralized product content library
• Coordinate with designers on listing assets and imagery
• Prepare regular reports on listing quality and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketplace listing experience
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, or Wayfair
• Strong understanding of product taxonomy, GTINs, UPCs, variants, and category attributes
• Experience with bulk uploads and spreadsheet-based product feeds
• Excellent product copywriting skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and improving existing processes
• Available to work Monday–Friday during Pacific Standard Time business hours
• Comfortable using Time Doctor
