Job Description
We're a content and media company producing video across YouTube, social media, and client campaigns. Motion graphics are a core part of what we deliver — intros, lower thirds, animated explainers, ad creatives, and branded templates — and right now we're outsourcing it to different freelancers with inconsistent results and no visual continuity across projects.
We need a Motion Graphics Designer to own this function in-house. You'll work closely with the video editing and creative teams to deliver animated assets that match the visual style of each project on a consistent production schedule, and build reusable templates that make the whole team faster.
What you'll create
- Animated intros, outros, and lower thirds for YouTube and branded video content
- Short-form animated ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube pre-roll
- Animated explainer sequences for product demos, SaaS walkthroughs, and marketing videos
- Branded motion templates that the editing team can use and customize without rebuilding from scratch each time
- Title cards, transitions, and visual effects integrated into longer-form edits in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Requirements
- 3+ years creating motion graphics professionally — a portfolio with diverse examples of animated work is required
- Expert-level After Effects — expressions, shape layers, and complex animation rigs
- Experience with Cinema 4D for 3D elements integrated into motion work is a strong advantage
- Able to match existing brand styles and work within visual guidelines across multiple projects simultaneously
- EU timezone for daily overlap with the production team
- Fluent English for creative briefs and async feedback
