We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to build and manage our paid social advertising from the ground up. This is a greenfield project, making it ideal for someone who has successfully launched campaigns from scratch rather than simply optimizing existing accounts.
What You'll Own
You'll take full responsibility for setting up the advertising infrastructure, developing audience targeting, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and improving lead quality over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up Meta Ads Manager, tracking, and conversion measurement
- Researching and defining target audiences
- Creating and testing ad campaigns
- Writing or refining ad copy
- Managing campaign budgets and ongoing optimization
- Monitoring lead quality and campaign performance
- Preparing weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience launching Meta campaigns from a brand-new account
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API
- Experience with audience research and campaign strategy
- B2B lead generation experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent written English
- Able to work independently and make data-driven decisions
