Meta Ads Account Manager

As our client roster grows, we're looking for someone who can keep campaigns organized, clients informed, and projects moving without constant supervision.

This role combines account management, campaign coordination, client communication, and operational execution. You'll work closely with leadership while becoming the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients.

Your Mission

Own multiple client accounts from launch through ongoing optimization while ensuring every campaign, task, and communication stays on track.

You'll coordinate with internal team members, monitor project progress, and help deliver a smooth client experience from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

Account Management

• Launch new client campaigns

• Monitor ongoing campaign performance

• Keep projects moving according to schedule

• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Client Communication

• Respond to client questions promptly

• Provide updates through Slack

• Maintain professional, organized communication

• Build long-term client relationships

Project Coordination

• Work alongside the creative team on campaign assets

• Manage workflows inside Asana

• Set up and organize projects in GoHighLevel

• Keep internal systems accurate and up to date
