Job Description

Behind every membership site is a lot of quiet, ongoing work — content that needs uploading, members who need support, a community that needs a bit of steering so it doesn't go quiet. That's the role we're hiring for: a Membership Site Manager to own the day-to-day of our platform.

This is a remote position for someone who's comfortable being the person members turn to when something's not working, and equally comfortable staying on top of the behind-the-scenes upkeep nobody else sees.

What the role covers

On the platform side, you'll be uploading and organizing new content, structuring courses or modules so they're easy to navigate, and making sure everything renders and functions the way it should before members ever see it. If something breaks — a broken link, a video that won't load, a login issue — you're the first line of troubleshooting.

On the member side, you'll be handling support questions, helping people who are stuck or confused find their footing, and keeping an eye on engagement. If members go quiet or start dropping off, that's something you'd flag and help address, not just observe.

Community is a big piece of this too. Whether that's a Facebook group, Circle, Discord, or something built into the platform itself, you'll be moderating discussions, encouraging participation, and generally making sure it feels alive rather than abandoned.

You'll also be tracking basic metrics — active members, churn, engagement trends — and using that to spot where things are working and where they're not.

What you'll need

Hands-on experience managing a membership or online course platform (Kajabi, Teachable, Circle, Thinkific, or similar) is essential — this isn't a role to learn the tools in. You should be naturally organized, comfortable with recurring administrative work, and genuinely good with people, since a chunk of the job is direct member interaction. Strong written English is a must, and any past experience in community moderation or online course support is a real plus.

To apply

Tell us which membership or course platforms you've worked with, what your day-to-day looked like in a similar role, and how you've handled a situation where member engagement was dropping.
