Build the sales pipeline for a boutique tech consultancy
We are a specialized consulting firm that helps early-stage tech startups refine their product strategy and accelerate growth. Our clients are innovative founders who need expert guidance. To connect with them, we need a proactive specialist who can identify and engage potential leads on LinkedIn, turning them into warm conversations for our partners.
Your core objective: generate qualified opportunities
You will be responsible for the front end of our sales funnel, using LinkedIn as your primary platform.
- Conduct targeted research to identify and build lists of ideal client profiles (founders, CTOs, product leaders) at relevant startups.
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests and follow-up messages, to start meaningful conversations.
- Develop and manage a multi-touch email sequence to nurture leads who show interest, moving them towards a discovery call.
- Meticulously track all outreach activity, lead status, and communication history in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our senior consultants to refine messaging based on what resonates with our target audience.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics: connections made, response rates, and qualified meetings booked.
The skills and mindset you need
We are looking for a communicative and persistent professional who understands the B2B landscape.
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or advanced search techniques to find and filter prospects.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, professional, and value-driven messages.
- Familiarity with using a CRM (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) to manage a pipeline and track activities.
- A results-driven and analytical approach, with patience for the nurturing process of B2B sales.
- Self-discipline to work independently on a daily outreach schedule and manage your own task pipeline.
