Job Description

The founder has things to say. Interesting things — real experience, genuine opinions, frameworks built from years in the field. What they don't have is the time or discipline to turn that into consistent LinkedIn content.

You'll have regular calls or async voice notes with the founder, extract the ideas worth posting, and write content that sounds like a real person — because that's the bar. Not polished to death. Not "3 lessons I learned" listicles that look like every other account. Actual voice, actual opinions.

Every week you'll deliver:

  • 4–5 LinkedIn posts drafted, refined through one round of feedback, and scheduled
  • Daily engagement — responding to comments within a reasonable window
  • Proactive engagement on target accounts and relevant conversations in the feed
  • Monthly review of what's performing and where the content mix should shift

This only works if you can actually write. Not just grammatically — write with a point of view. If your portfolio is full of template-heavy posts that could belong to any account, this isn't the right fit. Fluent English required.
