Job Description
We're a B2B SaaS company targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers. Our sales cycle is long, our ACV is significant, and LinkedIn is the right channel to build awareness and generate pipeline with the personas we need to reach. We haven't had anyone who actually knows the platform running our campaigns — spend has been inconsistent, targeting has been too broad, and we have no reliable picture of what's generating pipeline versus what's generating noise.
We need a LinkedIn Ads Manager to take full ownership of the channel — building a proper campaign structure, targeting the right decision-makers, testing creative formats, and producing pipeline that the sales team can actually work with. This means understanding how B2B buying works, not just how to operate Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities
- Auditing the current LinkedIn Ads setup and rebuilding campaign structure — objective alignment, audience segmentation, and funnel-stage targeting from awareness through to demo request
- Building and managing campaigns across Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms — matching format to funnel stage and persona
- Developing audience targeting strategy based on company size, seniority, job function, and intent signals
- Working with the content team to brief and test ad creatives — carousels, single image, and short video
- Running structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and offers — with a focus on pipeline quality, not just CPL
- Reporting weekly on spend, CPL, MQLs generated, and pipeline influenced — with attribution methodology and clear recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years managing LinkedIn Ads specifically for a B2B company — pipeline and CPL benchmarks you can speak to in detail
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and how to build campaigns that align to funnel stages, not just click objectives
- Experience connecting LinkedIn leads to HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline attribution
- US timezone required for coordination with the sales and marketing teams
