Job Description
We are a growing and highly organized law firm seeking a dedicated Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their legal matter. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing case-related processes, and ensuring that important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The Case Manager will play a central role in the client experience, beginning with the onboarding process and continuing throughout the life of the case. Clients will rely on you for updates, guidance on administrative matters, and general support. You will act as the bridge between clients and the legal team, ensuring communication remains clear, organized, and responsive.
This is a non-attorney role. Legal questions and substantive legal matters will be directed to the appropriate attorney, while case-specific documentation and discovery matters will be routed to designated legal support staff. Your responsibility will be to help keep cases moving forward, maintain organization, and ensure that clients remain informed throughout the process.
The role also involves coordinating schedules for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events. You will be responsible for preparing notices, maintaining calendars, updating case records, managing electronic files, monitoring court activity, and ensuring that deadlines and follow-up tasks are handled promptly.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients. Experience working in a legal environment is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills would be a significant advantage.
Success in this position comes from consistent follow-through, excellent client service, and the ability to keep both clients and internal team members informed and organized. If you take ownership of your work, communicate effectively, and thrive in a structured environment, we'd love to hear from you.
