A land investment company is hiring a detail-oriented Lead Manager to support its acquisitions team. This is a remote position with steady, predictable hours each week.
Responsibilities
- Own the seller lead pipeline from initial outreach through qualification
- Reach out promptly to new leads via call and text
- Dig into each lead's motivation, timing, and price expectations through targeted questions
- Log detailed notes and next steps for every lead in the CRM
- Stay on top of follow-ups for leads who haven't yet responded
- Book qualified leads onto the acquisitions manager's calendar
- Escalate high-priority leads right away
- Keep the pipeline tidy so nothing gets missed
What You Bring
- Prior experience managing leads in real estate
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Self-motivated, with the discipline to hit daily outreach goals on your own
- Working knowledge of CRMs such as Go High Level or comparable tools
- A friendly phone presence paired with strong organizational habits
