Job Description

A land investment company is hiring a detail-oriented Lead Manager to support its acquisitions team. This is a remote position with steady, predictable hours each week.

Responsibilities

  • Own the seller lead pipeline from initial outreach through qualification
  • Reach out promptly to new leads via call and text
  • Dig into each lead's motivation, timing, and price expectations through targeted questions
  • Log detailed notes and next steps for every lead in the CRM
  • Stay on top of follow-ups for leads who haven't yet responded
  • Book qualified leads onto the acquisitions manager's calendar
  • Escalate high-priority leads right away
  • Keep the pipeline tidy so nothing gets missed

What You Bring

  • Prior experience managing leads in real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Self-motivated, with the discipline to hit daily outreach goals on your own
  • Working knowledge of CRMs such as Go High Level or comparable tools
  • A friendly phone presence paired with strong organizational habits
