Job Description
We are a real estate investment company focused on acquiring residential and commercial properties. Our growth depends on a steady flow of qualified seller leads. We are looking for a Lead Manager to join our acquisitions team. You will be the crucial first contact for all incoming leads, responsible for qualifying them, building trust, and converting interest into scheduled appointments for our deal analysts.
In this role, you will be the primary responder to all new leads generated from our marketing campaigns, making initial contact via phone and email. You will follow a structured qualification process to assess each lead's motivation, property details, and timeline. You will nurture leads through consistent follow-up using our CRM system, ensuring no opportunity is missed. A key duty is to maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM. You will schedule and confirm appointments for our senior acquisitions representatives to conduct deeper discussions and property evaluations. You will also provide regular updates to the team on lead pipeline volume and conversion metrics.
We require prior experience in a lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service role, preferably in real estate, finance, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building quick rapport with potential sellers. You must be highly organized, proactive, and disciplined in following processes and managing a pipeline. Familiarity with using a CRM system (such as Salesforce or Copper) is necessary. The ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a reliable team player is crucial for success in this position.
