Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help our SaaS company consistently find and qualify new B2B leads from LinkedIn, online communities, and email outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lead lists based on clear ideal customer profiles (industry, role, company size).
  • Find prospects on LinkedIn using search filters, groups, and activity, and log them with accurate details.
  • Identify potential leads in relevant online communities (Slack/Discord/Facebook groups, forums) without spamming.
  • Collect and verify contact information (name, role, company, LinkedIn, email) and organize it in spreadsheets or a CRM.
  • Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages using provided scripts and frameworks.
  • Prepare lead lists for email campaigns and keep campaign tools and sheets up to date.
  • Update lead status, track replies, and flag good opportunities for the founder/sales to handle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with B2B or SaaS lead generation/prospecting.
  • Strong, practical LinkedIn skills (search, filters, groups, messaging).
  • Comfortable working inside online communities and recognizing good-fit prospects.
  • Good written English for short, clear LinkedIn and email messages.
  • High attention to detail and very organized with data entry and tracking.
  • Confident using Google Sheets/Excel and basic CRM workflows.
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to follow a process and hit weekly lead targets.
