Job Description
The job comes down to one thing: keeping the pipeline full and moving. Here's what that actually looks like day to day.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists for B2B service outreach
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn
- Write and test outreach sequences — subject lines, messaging, follow-up cadences
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the team
- Update and maintain CRM records after every interaction, no exceptions
- Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, and meetings booked
We work with B2B service clients, which means outreach needs to feel professional and targeted — not like a mass blast. You should have real experience with ——, know how to write copy that earns responses, and be comfortable owning the outreach process without someone managing your daily activity. Generic templates and spray-and-pray tactics don't work here.
This is a US-hours role and the team you'll be booking calls for operates on that schedule. Performance is tracked and the numbers matter. If you're consistent, organized, and results-driven, there's real room to grow in this position.
