Lead Generation, Marketing & Customer Support Virtual Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, outreach, marketing execution, and basic customer support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, fast, resourceful, and comfortable working across email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, Facebook groups, and CRM-style tracking systems.

You will help with prospecting, outreach support, appointment setting, research, marketing-related tasks, and light customer communication.

Main Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Outreach

•Email outreach and follow-ups
•LinkedIn Sales Navigator prospecting
•Lead research and data enrichment
•CRM management and tracking using Google Sheets
•Appointment setting and calendar coordination
•Building and maintaining lead lists
•Researching target companies, decision makers, and contact details

2) Marketing & Basic Customer Support

•Posting in Facebook groups and supporting community engagement
•Assisting with marketing-related activities and campaign coordination
•Supporting content distribution and audience interaction
•Handling basic customer inquiries and responses
•Helping with admin and support tasks related to marketing operations

Requirements

•Strong written English communication
•Experience with lead generation and outreach
•Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
•Experience using Google Sheets for tracking and organization
•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow systems
•Comfortable with appointment setting and online research
•Able to manage multiple repetitive tasks accurately
•Responsive, dependable, and proactive
