Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate qualified leads interested in real estate investment opportunities across Lagos, Abuja, and Houston.

This role focuses on building targeted lead lists, executing outreach campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives—including paid ads—to attract potential property buyers and investors, especially within international and diaspora markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & List Building

  • Build targeted lead lists of potential property investors and home buyers
  • Identify and source prospects from:
    • United States
    • Nigeria
    • Nigerian diaspora communities abroad
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, and lead generation tools

2. Lead Capture & Marketing Support (Ads-Focused)

  • Support and execute lead generation campaigns through:
    • Facebook & Instagram Ads
    • Google Ads campaigns
    • Landing page lead forms
    • Email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in campaigns targeting buyers interested in properties in Lagos, Abuja, and Houston
  • Help optimize ad performance and improve lead quality

3. Data Management

  • Collect and organize lead information including:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Location
    • Investment interest
  • Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools or spreadsheets

4. Lead Qualification

  • Pre-qualify leads based on:
    • Interest in real estate
    • Budget range
    • Preferred property location

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads
  • Track and report on lead generation performance and campaign metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or digital marketing
  • Experience running or supporting paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google) is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo or similar lead databases
    • CRM platforms
  • Strong research, analytical, and data organization skills
  • Understanding of real estate or investment markets is a plus
  • Experience targeting diaspora communities and international investors is highly preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated (weekly/monthly)
  • Lead data accuracy
  • Conversion rate (lead to sales appointment)
  • Cost per lead (for paid campaigns)
