Job Description
We're expanding our outbound sales team and are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, asking the right questions, and identifying genuine opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to contact property owners, determine their level of interest in selling, gather relevant information, and pass qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team.
In This Role You Will
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners
• Build rapport using structured conversation guides
• Identify motivated sellers and collect key property details
• Record accurate call outcomes and notes in the CRM
• Keep your lead pipeline organized and up to date
• Consistently generate qualified opportunities for the acquisitions team
We're Looking For Someone Who
• Speaks fluent English with a clear and professional phone presence
• Is confident initiating conversations with new people
• Has strong listening and communication skills
• Pays close attention to detail when documenting information
• Can stay organized while managing a high daily call volume
• Maintains a positive attitude and works well independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous outbound calling or appointment-setting experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Experience in real estate, lead generation, or sales is an advantage but not required
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
