Job Description

Most people who say they know Klaviyo know how to send a campaign. That's not this role. We need someone who understands the platform deeply — flow architecture, list segmentation logic, deliverability management, A/B testing that leads to actual decisions, and revenue attribution the team can trust.

We're a DTC beauty brand and email is one of our highest-revenue channels. It needs to be managed as a performance channel, not a broadcast tool.

What you'll own:

  • Core flow architecture — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and browse sequences
  • Campaign calendar — planning, building, and sending weekly and promotional sends
  • List segmentation and audience strategy — right message to the right segment every time
  • A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and frequency with proper analysis afterward
  • Deliverability monitoring — open rates, spam complaints, list health, and suppression management
  • Weekly revenue reporting broken down by flow and campaign

Real Klaviyo experience required — not familiarity. If you've managed flows for a product brand and can show the revenue numbers, that's how you apply. Conversational English is fine; the work is primarily platform-based and independent.
