Job Description

We are a small manufacturer of consumer goods. We need someone to manage our stock and supplier orders to prevent production delays.

Primary Tasks: - Monitor daily inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in our tracking sheet. - Place purchase orders with suppliers (US and Asia-based) when stock reaches reorder points. - Track shipments and follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates. - Update inventory records when goods are received or shipped. - Handle basic communication with suppliers regarding orders and invoices. - Prepare weekly inventory status reports for the operations manager.

Requirements: - Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or a similar operations role. - Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for tracking and basic calculations. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers across different time zones (US & Asia). - Proactive in identifying potential stock shortages. - Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
