Job Description

Policy side:
You’ll be handling new policies, renewals, and changes (endorsements). That means reviewing incoming requests, checking for missing or incorrect details, and pushing them through without errors that come back later.

Claims side:
When a claim is opened, you step in to support it—collect required info, make sure documentation is complete, and keep it moving. If something is stuck, you don’t wait—you follow up with whoever is holding it.

Client communication:
Clients won’t always send everything in one go. You’ll be the one chasing documents, clarifying details, and making sure they know what’s pending. Communication needs to be clear and direct—no confusion, no delays.

Systems & records:
Every action (updates, documents, status changes) needs to be reflected in the system. If someone opens a record, they should immediately understand where things stand without digging.

What you need to already handle:

  • Working knowledge of policy processing (new, renewals, endorsements)
  • Familiarity with claims workflows and typical bottlenecks
  • Experience dealing with clients on missing documents or delays
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once without losing track
  • Comfort working inside insurance/admin systems and keeping records accurate
