Job Description

We're looking for a confident communicator who can connect with potential insurance clients over the phone and schedule appointments for our agents. Your voice will be the first impression prospects have of our company, and your ability to build rapport quickly will directly impact our sales pipeline.

The Role

You'll spend your day making outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in insurance products. Your goal is simple: have genuine conversations that uncover their needs, explain how we can help, and book qualified appointments for our licensed agents. You'll work from provided lead lists, follow our proven scripts while adapting to each conversation naturally, handle objections with empathy and persistence, and maintain detailed records of every interaction in our CRM system. 

What We Need From You

You must have at least 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, specifically in appointment setting roles. Experience calling for insurance products including life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, or final expense is required. You need a neutral English accent that's easily understood by US clients across all regions. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone are essential. You must be comfortable handling rejection professionally and maintaining energy throughout your calling day. Experience using GoHighLevel to log calls and track appointments is required. You need a quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet and a quality headset. Availability to work during US business hours is mandatory.

Compensation Structure

Base hourly rate plus performance bonuses based on appointments set and kept. Top performers earn significantly above base through our incentive program.
