Instructional Designer - eLearning Developer – Online Course Creation

We are seeking an Instructional Designer passionate about creating learning experiences that make an impact. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement online courses for learners across industries, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and effective.

Your work will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling learning modules. You will also be responsible for integrating multimedia content, assessments, and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Design course structures, learning objectives, and content flow
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate
• Work closely with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity of content
• Assess learning effectiveness and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Stay current with eLearning trends, technologies, and best practices

Must-have skills:

• Strong experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and multimedia tools
