Job Description

We run an ongoing influencer program and need someone to manage relationships, not just execute one-off campaigns. This is long-term partnership management — identifying the right creators, building the relationships, and making sure both sides are getting consistent value.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and vetting influencers that align with brand positioning and target audience
  • Outreach, negotiation, and contracting for long-term partnerships
  • Managing ongoing relationships — briefing, content approvals, and posting schedules
  • Tracking performance per creator — reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Coordinating product sends, gifting, and campaign logistics
  • Maintaining a creator database with performance history and partnership status

Experience managing influencer relationships required — not just outreach. You need to understand what makes a partnership work over time, not just for one post.
