Job Description

A consumer wellness brand with strong product-market fit and an existing influencer presence that's been managed inconsistently. Some creator partnerships have driven real results. Most have been one-off posts with no follow-through, no tracking, and no relationship building. The channel has potential that hasn't been properly developed.

We're bringing this in-house and need a dedicated Influencer Marketing Manager to build a structured program — identifying the right creators, managing relationships at scale, tracking what actually drives sales, and turning one-off posts into long-term partnerships that compound over time.

  • Identifying and vetting creators across Instagram and TikTok — evaluating audience quality, engagement rates, and brand fit before outreach
  • Managing outreach, negotiation, and contracting for new partnerships — from first contact through to signed agreement and creative brief
  • Building long-term relationships with top-performing creators — regular check-ins, early product access, and ongoing collaboration beyond single posts
  • Coordinating content production — briefing creators, reviewing content before it goes live, and managing revision rounds
  • Tracking campaign performance — attributing sales through UTM parameters and promo codes — and reporting clearly on what's generating real ROI
  • Maintaining the creator database with relationship history, performance data, and contract terms

2+ years managing influencer or creator partnerships for a consumer brand — wellness, beauty, food, or lifestyle preferred. Comfortable managing multiple active partnerships simultaneously.
