Job Description

DTC brand scaling fast on social — strong organic presence, growing paid channels, and an influencer program that's been run reactively rather than as a proper acquisition channel. The Influencer Marketing Manager will build it into something repeatable and measurable.

This role owns the full influencer pipeline — identifying creators, managing outreach, negotiating deals, briefing content, and tracking performance against real business outcomes.

  • Building and managing a roster of micro and mid-tier influencers across Instagram and TikTok
  • Running outreach, negotiations, and contract management end to end
  • Briefing creators on campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Tracking performance — reach, engagement, link clicks, and attributed revenue
  • Identifying new creator opportunities through social listening and competitor analysis
  • Coordinating product seeding and gifting logistics

Experience managing influencer campaigns for a consumer brand required. Comfortable working with creators directly and managing multiple relationships simultaneously. Performance bonuses tied to campaign revenue attribution.
