Job Description

We need someone to handle the front end of our hiring and client matching process. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support lead generation efforts. This is a mix of HR work and client coordination.

What You Will Do

Review incoming leads and determine who moves forward. Schedule and conduct interviews. Assess candidates and provide feedback. Support outreach efforts through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools when needed. Handle HR administrative tasks as they come up.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Experience screening leads and conducting interviews
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
  • Comfortable leading interview sessions independently
  • Familiar with ATS platforms and HR tools
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and similar tools
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on your ownApplicants that dont have the relevant experience will be ignored.
