About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Home Improvement Appointment Setter who understands that the goal is not simply to book appointments, but to qualify homeowners and schedule consultations with prospects who are genuinely interested in moving forward with their projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in the home improvement industry and is skilled at asking the right questions, handling objections, and identifying serious homeowners before scheduling an appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners interested in home improvement services.
- Qualify homeowners by understanding their project, motivation, timeline, budget, and decision-making process.
- Schedule consultations only with qualified homeowners.
- Confirm that all decision-makers will be present during the consultation.
- Accurately document lead information and appointment details in the CRM.
- Build rapport with homeowners while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Help improve appointment quality by filtering out unqualified leads.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or inside sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to qualify leads, not just generate appointments.
- Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
- Strong objection-handling and rapport-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
