About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Appointment Setter to join our team. This role goes beyond simply booking appointments, you'll be responsible for qualifying homeowners and scheduling consultations with prospects who are genuinely interested in moving forward with their home improvement projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in the home improvement industry and is confident in asking the right questions, handling objections, and identifying qualified homeowners before booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners interested in home improvement services.
- Qualify homeowners by understanding their project, motivation, timeline, budget, and decision-making process.
- Schedule consultations only with qualified homeowners.
- Confirm that all homeowners or decision-makers will be available during the consultation.
- Accurately update CRM records with lead information and appointment details.
- Build rapport with homeowners while maintaining a consultative and professional approach.
- Ensure appointments meet the company's qualification standards.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Home Improvement Appointment Setter or in a similar appointment setting or inside sales role within the home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to qualify homeowners and schedule high-quality appointments, not simply generate leads.
- Strong objection-handling, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
