What You Do

You are the engine of the business.

Your job is simple, generate qualified conversations and book high quality appointments for licensed agents.

You will:

• Make high volume outbound calls using a dialer
• Set multiple qualified appointments daily
• Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Qualify and disqualify leads fast and accurately
• Follow up through calls, SMS, and email until resolution
• Work leads through CRM and text drip system
• Respond to Facebook messages and comments
• Turn interest into booked appointments

What Success Looks Like

This role is measured by output.

Success means:

• Setting multiple quality appointments every day
• Strong daily outbound calling activity
• High show rates from properly qualified leads
• Clean CRM discipline with no dropped leads
• Consistent follow up across all channels
• Predictable pipeline growth week over week

Pay Structure

Base Pay

• Guaranteed base pay
• Increases based on performance, consistency, and efficiency

Commission

• 25 percent commission on deals from your appointments
• 100 to 1000 dollars per deal potential
• Paid weekly every Saturday

Bonuses and Incentives

• Weekly performance bonuses
• Cash bonuses for hitting targets

Language Requirement

• Fluent English required
