Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with healthcare knowledge to support clients in the successful adoption and use of a healthcare technology platform. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, helping organizations maximize the value of quality improvement, education, and compliance-related tools.

This is a coordination, implementation, and client support role working across multiple client accounts simultaneously. It is not a direct patient care or clinical practice position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and platform implementation
  • Support clients in utilizing quality improvement and educational platform features
  • Review performance and quality-related data to help clients identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure project progress and engagement
  • Review AI-generated educational materials for accuracy, relevance, and usability
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates related to platform usage and performance trends
  • Identify issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
  • Document client processes, workflows, and implementation milestones
  • Monitor ongoing client adoption and provide recommendations for continued success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, healthcare operations, quality improvement, compliance, or a related field
  • Experience supporting clients in a healthcare or technology environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with healthcare education, training, or quality management processes is an advantage
