We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with healthcare knowledge to support clients in the successful adoption and use of a healthcare technology platform. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, helping organizations maximize the value of quality improvement, education, and compliance-related tools.
This is a coordination, implementation, and client support role working across multiple client accounts simultaneously. It is not a direct patient care or clinical practice position.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding and platform implementation
- Support clients in utilizing quality improvement and educational platform features
- Review performance and quality-related data to help clients identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure project progress and engagement
- Review AI-generated educational materials for accuracy, relevance, and usability
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates related to platform usage and performance trends
- Identify issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
- Document client processes, workflows, and implementation milestones
- Monitor ongoing client adoption and provide recommendations for continued success
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, healthcare operations, quality improvement, compliance, or a related field
- Experience supporting clients in a healthcare or technology environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare education, training, or quality management processes is an advantage
