Job Description

A B2B SaaS product with solid product-market fit, a growing user base, and a marketing function that hasn't kept pace. Paid acquisition is running but not optimized. SEO is mostly untouched. The funnel from ad click to trial to paid has gaps nobody has properly mapped. This role exists to fix that.

The Growth Marketing Manager will own demand generation end to end — paid, organic, and lifecycle — with full autonomy over budget and channel mix.

  • Planning and executing paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta — strategy, creative briefing, bidding, and optimization
  • Building out SEO — keyword strategy, content briefs, on-page optimization, and link building
  • Mapping and improving the conversion funnel — from first touch through trial activation and paid conversion
  • Running lifecycle email campaigns targeting trial users, churned accounts, and expansion opportunities
  • Owning marketing analytics — attribution, CAC, LTV, and pipeline reporting

Who we're looking for

  • Proven background in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
  • Hands-on paid media experience — able to manage campaigns directly, not just brief agencies
  • Analytical enough to own reporting and make data-driven decisions independently
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment

Base salary plus performance bonuses tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
