Job Description

Early-stage B2B SaaS, first dedicated marketing hire. You'll own the full acquisition funnel — no agency to manage, no coordinator between you and the channels. Just ownership and budget.

Channels and responsibilities:

  • SEO — technical audits, keyword strategy, content briefs, and publishing cadence
  • Google Ads — campaign setup, bid strategy, landing page alignment, and weekly optimization
  • Meta Ads — prospecting and retargeting for free trial sign-up funnel
  • CRO — A/B testing landing pages and onboarding flows, every experiment documented
  • Reporting — own GA4, deliver a clear weekly performance summary to the leadership team

What we need:

  • 3+ years hands-on across at least 3 of the channels above — not overseeing, actually running them
  • Experience working as a solo marketer or in a very small team
  • Comfortable scoping, executing, and reporting without direction
  • US timezone overlap required
  • Strong written English — you'll write copy, briefs, and reports yourself
