Job Description

About Us: We are a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand with significant monthly revenue. We need a Growth/Performance Manager to take full ownership of scaling our results on Meta.

Your Mission

Your primary responsibility is to scale paid performance by managing the entire creative and execution cycle. This is a leadership role requiring full accountability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a systematic weekly testing plan for Meta ads (video, image, interactive formats).
  • Make data-driven decisions on what creatives to scale, iterate, or kill based on performance.
  • Directly coordinate and brief our designers and video editors to produce new ad assets.
  • Manage and optimize product and landing pages in Shopify to improve conversion rates.
  • Operate independently to execute the growth strategy, reducing the need for founder input.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record scaling DTC brands with paid social advertising.
  • A creative-led performance mindset, not just media buying.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify for page management and optimization.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and operate with minimal supervision.

Note: This role is not for pure media buyers who require detailed briefs. You must be able to drive the strategy and execution yourself.
