We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of marketing visuals across all channels. This role goes beyond one-off designs—you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving all visual assets that support our marketing, growth, and brand presence.
You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership, but you’ll own execution end-to-end.
What You’ll Own

Design and production of all marketing assets:
- Paid ads (Meta, Google, display)
- Social media creatives
- Landing page visuals & sections
- Website graphics & UI elements
- Email marketing visuals
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and PDFs
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Translate marketing goals, offers, and hooks into high-converting designs
- Adapt and resize assets for different platforms and formats
- Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, engagement, conversions)
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and brand assets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in marketing-focused graphic design (not just branding)
- Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics
- Comfortable working with fast turnaround times and ongoing requests

Solid understanding of:
- Ad creative best practices
- Visual hierarchy & layout
- Typography and color usage for marketing
- Able to take vague ideas or rough direction and turn them into polished assets
Tools You’ll Likely Use
- Canva (templates, resizing, brand kits)
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (core workflows)
- Figma or Adobe XD (web & landing page assets)
- Adobe Express / VistaCreate (optional)
- Collaboration tools for feedback and delivery
