Google and Yelp Local SEO & Listings Manager

We're hiring a Local SEO & Listings Manager to own our Google Business Profile and directory presence across multiple locations. This role is focused on visibility, accuracy, and consistency across every place our business shows up online.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations
• Keep business information (hours, address, phone, services) accurate and consistent across Google, Yelp, and other directories
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms
• Post regular updates, offers, and content to Google Business Profiles
• Manage and correct local citations across directory sites
• Track local search rankings and identify opportunities to improve visibility
• Resolve duplicate or incorrect listings
• Monitor for and fix any Google/Yelp policy compliance issues
• Report on listing performance, review trends, and local search visibility
• Coordinate with marketing to align local SEO efforts with broader campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles and other local listing platforms
• Understanding of local SEO fundamentals — citations, NAP consistency, review signals
• Comfortable managing multiple locations or accounts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, especially with business information accuracy
• Clear written communication for review responses and profile updates
• Experience with listing management tools (e.g., Yext, BrightLocal, Moz Local) is a plus
• Familiarity with local search ranking factors and Google Business Profile insights is a plus

• Experience with multi-location businesses (franchises, clinics, retail chains, service-area businesses)
• Background in reputation management or review generation strategies
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO as it relates to local search
